How are sessions delivered?
Live and instructor-led. Online worldwide over Microsoft Teams, and in-person across South Africa for corporate and on-site work. Every training session includes a recording and follow-up resources.
Do learners need a powerful computer for the labs?
No. The hands-on labs run in Microsoft's cloud, so all a learner needs is a modern browser and a stable internet connection. Two screens (or a laptop plus a phone as a second screen) make the hands-on courses easier, but aren't essential.
What's the difference between a certification course and an Applied Skills workshop?
A certification course prepares you for a formal Microsoft exam and badge. An Applied Skills workshop earns a free Microsoft credential through a hands-on lab — no written exam. Certifications prove breadth; Applied Skills prove you can do a specific job task.
Are the Microsoft credentials free?
Applied Skills credentials and their lab assessments are provided free by Microsoft and never expire. Formal certification exams carry Microsoft's own exam fee. Bam Cloud AI's certification courses include one exam voucher per delegate in the course price; coaching clients pay the exam fee to Microsoft directly.
Can you train my whole team?
Yes. Training is built to run as private team sessions or workshops, tuned to your environment and scheduled around your calendar. Group and corporate rates are on the pricing page and the individual course pages.
Do you do consulting as well as training?
Yes — AZ-305 and AZ-104 certified Azure architecture and advisory, and fixed-price estate assessments. The two-hour Microsoft Estate Health Check is designed as the low-risk starting point before committing to anything larger.
How do I pay?
Invoiced on booking — EFT or card/Instant EFT via PayFast for South African clients, or card via Payoneer for international clients.
What happens to my data?
